“we have been using Halls for many years and never had any complaints. my furnace started getting real loud so I gave them a call. Scott was there the next day. Sunday the furnace died. I called Scott first thing Monday morning and told him what happened. My parts were not going to be in until Tuesday. Since I didn't have any electric heaters, Scott went above and beyond and brought me 2 heaters to get us through until the parts came in.“
