This year and last I dropped mine off for them to do without me there and they called me within no time at all to come pick them up. I got my friend to go there this year after he talked to Jackson and Hewitt. They wanted for a basic tax prep of state, federal, and school about $60-$100 more. Definitely worth the trip to Bryan Ohio.
