I took my computer in knowing the hard drive had crashed. He called me an hour later to tell me that I was right. I told him to replace it. The next morning he called and said it was done. He recovered the data from the drive that had crashed. When I got it home the only thing I had to do was re-register the programs. I highly recommend him for your computer issues.
