“I can't say enough about this company and it's staff. I am a disabled veteran and my furnace stopped working. I made a call and they did everything they could to work me in their busy schedule. Once the tech got into it he found that a bird had gotten into the furnace causing major problems. He suggested that the vent pipe be covered this would prevent this from happening again. I mentioned that I had chicken wire and he got it and enclosed the vent. I will be forever grateful to the technician for his help.“

“(Lorain County, OH) We are thrilled we went with Golden Days (formerly Sisler Heating) to install our new geothermal hvac system back in January 2024. We had used them in the past to service our old unit that came with the house, and the techs who came out (Brandon and Jason) were always on time, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. So, when it came time to replace our old system, we had absolutely no reservations about choosing them. We've never truly felt that kind of "comfort factor" from any other hvac company. (We've had 6 other companies quote and/or service our system throughout the years.) Golden Days obviously take pride in what they do; this is not "just a job" for them. That's true for everyone we've dealt with there--from the concerned and helpful customer service rep to the expert repair techs to the efficient installers. Everyone we encountered at Golden Days treats our hvac problems as if they are their problems to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. The installation was amazing. They were able to "rush" the delivery of the unit which allowed them to install it 3 days earlier (on a Friday not Monday) to avoid a sub-0° wind chill cold snap headed our way. (Our existing furnace would not have been able to heat the house.) On installation day, 4 men showed up--when they were supposed to! They were very respectful of us and our house. They laid out blankets to protect our floors and were extremely careful carrying all the heavy equipment in and out of the house. They worked quietly, quickly, expertly, and efficiently, despite what was thrown at them (for example, our calcified hot water tank). They were all very personable with a helpful attitude. We merely had to look puzzled before one would eagerly explain the system, installation, instructions, etc. Everything was completed just as expected and promised (or even better than)! And, our basement looked just as clean after the installation as before. All in all, an outstanding job by everyone. This certainly made an inherently stressful situation a very positive one. Now, 9 months later, the system is still doing great and we are enjoying cool rooms in the summer (even upstairs!) and warm rooms in the winter. Based on their highly knowledgeable and efficient staff and their work ethic and integrity, we highly recommend Golden Days.“

“Had my ducts cleaned today by Duct Busters, which is a subsidiary of Gene's Refrigeration here in Medina. I've never had my ducts cleaned at any of my houses, so this was the first time. These guys took their time, were thorough, and they did it right. They showed me pictures of mold inside my furnace and dust inside my ducts and dryer vent. I had them clean it all out and sanitize the system. My furnace and A/C is 12 years old and leaking, so I will be replacing it with a more efficient heat pump in the future. For now, however, I got my ducts cleaned to help improve air quality in my house. The workers were friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend.“

“It’s the Fourth of July and my 24-year-old furnace blower died that was blowing cold air from my 29-year-old AC unit. Mark had been doing work for my mother, so I gave him a call. Mark was out the next day. He got me up and running, but we both agreed I was time to replace both units. He was fantastic as we he went thru all the available options with me. Although he was my only call, his pricing was better when I talked to my friends that had very similar work completed recently. One Item that concerned me was that it was going to be hot and in the 90s for the next 7 days. He was able to work me into his busy schedule, and he started the new install that following Monday which was awesome!

I had Mark install the new AC into a different location. The old AC unit was in the way since I had put in back patio several years earlier. The new AC unit looks great and oh so quiet compared to the old unit. We can now talk in normal voice sitting at the patio table with the AC unit running 8 feet away from us. He also installed the new furnace, a new humidifier, and updated the drainage pipe than ran around the basement walls.

If there is one word describes Mark’s work. that word would be meticulous. All the wires were hidden compared to my old units. He also moved the gas line that was always partially in the way of the room walk in. Mark cleaned up and left no mess behind. Finally, Mark was also a pleasure to talk with and kept me updated during the entire process. Mark is definitely someone I would…..and I already have recommended to my friends and family. You could not ask for a better installer! I stand by that 100%“
