People usually don't leave a review when it's great, but I wanted to change that and say how great this location is for urgent care needs. They have X-rays! Which is way better than paying a high deductible with an er visit any day. The initial phone call was friendly, the service while there was amazing, and the doctors were chill and caring. Great spot. Went 45m out of the way for great service.
Edit for context: I was a walk in at 10am and was seen in less than 10m. No need to make an appointment here
I have nothing but good things to say about our visit at the Brunswick Express Clinic at Cleveland Clinic. Granted, I reserved a spot for my daughter online before hand and when we got there, they took my daughter, her twin sister who also was sick and my husband all at once. The PA we saw was kind, courteous, and thorough in her exam and very good with my girls. I'm thankful for the team at Brunswick and trust their care.
I’ve never had an issue with service or the level of professionalism at this facility. You may have a slight wait time when you arrive but they get you in as quickly as possible.My only complaint would be that when you come in on a Sunday, it seems they mix appointments in with the walk ins so you wait longer while they take others ahead of you
