Make sure to read every line of the contract on all pages. It was never verbally discussed not finishing the staining and taking away a very expensive window. We entrusted as they were recommended by a friend. Lesson learned. The crew never let us know they were done and smoked on and near our home. We could smell the cigarettes in the basement where we were working. Everything in the laundry room had to be washed and walls sprayed with vinegar. No follow up was done to ask how it went. We did not receive any contact following the completion until we initiated after the project to ask about the staining and where our window went. $2800 is a lot to spend and very surprised... read full review
