The staff is always so patient and kind with our kids. Our hygienist at our last visit, Kathryn was so lovely. The kids love Dr Eilish too!
I called on Monday trying to get an appointment for my daughter who had a tongue and lip tie. It went to voicemail, so I left a message, where I ended breaking down crying at the end and just hoped they got all my information. I received a call back within the hour and was offered an appointment for Wednesday afternoon and accepted it. After speaking and expressing how stressed out I was since my supply was almost down to nothing and my newborn was not gaining any weight at 2 weeks old, when with my previous 3 kids I had over supply and all my kids had gained at least a pound by that poor, the receptionist I spoke with put me on hold and was able to find another sooner appointment for Tuesday, which I accepted and we disconnected. The same receptionist then called be back just a few minutes later and offered me another time for same day, Monday afternoon. She was absolutely amazing and I seriously cannot thank her enough, I wish I could have given her a hug. We came in and Dr Eilish did my daughter’s revisions and she was just simply amazing and explained everything so thoroughly. I can’t thank the staff enough for how incredible they all were. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and really put urgency on getting us in last minute, which helped my mental health tremendously.
I just want to thank this entire staff for my experience yesterday. The compassionate ladies were able to treat my daughters lip and tongue tie on a whim while also calling in their lactation consultant last minute. We spent two hours of one on one time working with my daughters latch after the procedure and I am so grateful to say she is already more relaxed and at ease.
