I’m very grateful to this veterinary office for taking such good care of my bird. The staff was kind, attentive, and clearly experienced with birds. When I came to pick her up, she looked healthy and well cared for, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I truly appreciate the care they provided and would recommend them to anyone with a bird or other pet.
When our regular vet was closed due to weather, Animal and Avian saw our dog in one hour to address an injury to his paw. The staff was kind, courteous and were so good to our pup. They were able to do a same day sedation and help him get on his road to recovery. I couldn’t be more grateful for Animal & Avian, Dr Palomar and all of her staff. Huey Louis is very grateful too!
Your staff is so kind and professional. It is evident that you clearly communicate with one another and have professional standards. We love Dr. Palomar! She literally gets down on the ground and talks softly to Snow as she does the most thorough examination I've ever witnessed. Nothing is done in haste. Dr. Palomar's deep empathy towards animals and patience is very evident, as is her strong work ethic. She always takes time to hear us out and answer our questions.
