“Wife and I have been doing our own maintenance for years on the furnace and AC unit, my sister talked us into doing a maintenance plan with New Comfort, and yes she works for the company. I was skeptical on whether they can do as good a job as I could do, but I guess I was wrong. Jason came out and cleaned and inspected everything in the furnace and the outside AC unit, he even went as far as cleaning the coils and vacuuming up the dust and cobwebs inside the furnace. It even seems like the AC unit outside is quieter than before,

“They took care of most of my problem in timely manner. But fee seemed pricy for work done, but every cost seems to be increasing. ? ($150+/hr) Technicians did great job of fixing pipes. Not sure why didn't complete job first time out.“

“He not only installed my above range microwave, but the most important part was installing the vent shaft with roof exhaust to be able to properly utilize the microwave vent system. He also replaced the old ventilation fan in our bathroom, where the old fan sounded awful when it was running. He came out the day prior to check everything out and was back the next day and had everything done in just under 6 hours. He double-checked everything to make sure it was all working perfectly and cleaned up any mess he made as well. I would highly recommend reaching out if you need the kind of work he does.“
