Best place in Brookville for a cut and color! Marilyn and Kerri are both awesome stylists and the prices are great! I've never left unhappy with any service and the new location is great!

The best of both worlds: the friendly atmosphere of a hometown beauty shop with the services and perks found in big city salons. I first went in May, having (mostly) grown out a disastrous, mangled haircut (received in December from another stylist in another city). I was very impressed that both the owner and my stylist took the time that day to examine the remnants of the old, shoddy cut so that they understood what the hair situation was, exactly, before launching into a rescue effort. We determined that I'd still have to grow the bad cut out for a few more months, but they were able to give me the beginnings of the cut I wanted. This morning, stylist DJ worked me in (they were busy, busy!) for a shampoo, cut, and style. She was very careful to make sure she understood exactly what I was asking for before cutting the first strand of hair, being sure to nail down precisely what I wanted in terms of length, finishing, etc. When she was done, I had exactly the cut I'd been searching for! Prices seem almost ridiculously cheap (neither of my visits for a shampoo/cut/style cost me more than $25), but I'm not going to complain! :) Just tip well; these ladies work hard! While there, I watched other haircuts and color jobs. Everyone was handled with professionalism and courtesy, and despite the hectic Saturday schedule, they still took the time to make every new customer who came in feel welcome, even offering refreshments while you wait. The shop offers your standard shampoo/cut/style along with color services, and they also have waxing, mani/pedi, and massage services available. I already plan on scheduling a hair color appointment with them soon, based upon how they treated me during my two visits so far. And I'm considering booking myself for a massage therapy session, too. I'm happy to recommend this salon.

Went in for a repair of a botched haircut (by a different stylist, different city) and was pleased by how careful Wendy was to make sure she thoroughly examined my hair to see what exactly was going on before she made the first cut. Friendly and welcoming, extremely clean salon. I feel as if I'm in good hands to grow out the remainder of the bad cut over the next few months, and I'm confident that they'll do a great job with my color, too.
