I closed my package shortly after finding out the manager discussed my account and spoke about me in a negative way to another customer. I reached out today to the Brooklyn to obtain information about restarting my packing but was going to go to another branch to do so. When I shared my concerns with Emily she had me come in and she was super helpful, kind, nice, and all around amazing to work with! She showed me all the good deals and ensured I wouldn’t have to worry about past issues again! Really enjoyed coming back to tan ❤️?“

Told him I was in the market for a new barber, and I was impressed with how he cut my hair like my old barber. “I have had a hard time finding a “blonde specialist.”I am super picky about the color and I hate when my hair has warmth. I’m so grateful to have found Amber, who took a tremendous amount of time yesterday time to fix my hair. Blonde tones can change in different lighting - so it needs to look good straight (which shows everything), but curls shows the beautiful dimension - as you can see from the pics straight or curly it’s perfect.

It was an instant connection, Amber is so calm and confident. I immediately picked up on her empathetic nature. ♥️
