After getting my haircut from this salon on Saturday November 3, 2018, I saw something that didn't make sense to me. I had a hunch the customer "Uriah King" would write a review of this solon, and I was correct. This customer came into the solon and walked straight to the back to bathroom without saying one word to anyone. There is clearly a sign on the door that reads NO PUBLIC BATHROOM. As the owner tried to direct this customer to thrift store next door, the customer became angry and proceeded to call the owner a b****. Very unfair to claim racism when in reality it was ignorance.
Despite what Uriah King says this is a family friendly salon that has been in business since 2003. They have been serving the community for over 15 years and have clients of ALL races. To write a bad review because you were denied access to a restroom that is NOT for PUBLIC use and to cry racism is absurd. There is a sign on the door that clearly states "restroom is not for public use". You forgot to mention the fact that you marched right into the salon without checking in with the front desk and walked into a restricted area which is trespassing. Reviews are meant to let people know about the business and how they perform. If you never had a service performed at this salon you have absolutely no right to write a negative review about the business when in fact you were the one in the wrong to begin with. The staff here are some of the kindest most generous people that i know and i will not stand for someone writing a bad review because they made a poor choice.
They have moved to Biddulph Plaza, 7004 Biddulph Avenue Brooklyn OH 44144 in May. I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years since they were at Ridge Park Square (called Hair After), then at their State Road location in Parma, then on Memphis Avenue location, and now at Biddulph Plaza. Robyn has cut my hair for nearly 20 years. Very professional, fast, affordable, and she is a great conversationalist. All the employees are like family.
