It’s a Great blessing working for such a fantastic organization. She’s never forgotten where she came from. She literally gives back to her community every year by feeding the less fortunate during the holidays and also giving Xmas gifts to all her clients. Not sure where my review went. Deciding to retype it. I previously was a customer of PBT. I closed my package shortly after finding out the manager discussed my account and spoke about me in a negative way to another customer. I reached out today to the Brooklyn to obtain information about restarting my packing but was going to go to another branch to do so. When I shared my concerns with Emily she had me come in and she was super helpful, kind, nice, and all around amazing to work with! She showed me all the good deals and ensured I wouldn’t have to worry about past issues again! Really enjoyed coming back to tan ❤️?
Love the group fitness classes. Especially Kickboxing (Saturday at 9am). I hope they make the class 2 classes a week (minimum). The gym itself is really nice and because it's 24 hrs, it's never busy. I'm going to start personal training soon, as well. The Ohio Gym (with newly incorporated Soza) had really gave me a new leash on life and a healthy lifestyle.
I've had ebony two times for my son with autism, she's just amazing. Definitely recommend her. People there are very nice. Excellent customer service.
