“Very good service. The doctor was wonderful. I didn't feel the shot at all. First time for me. The staff is friendly. What I really liked about Dr. Lu was he fixed the problem that I had for years without an issue. I was referred to him from my son's friend, I had very bad service from 3 different dentist. I really gave up, but my mouth was starting to get very bad, the office manager was very wonderful and the hygienist, was great she did an amazing job. The dental assistant was wonderful and to top it off. I was able to watch a movie to get my mind off of the years of unfinished work that wasn't complete until I came to Downtown Dental. He had to correct the work of a shoddy dentist who made my FRONT TOOTH veneer so poorly that it fell out more than once. (It was Dr. DeVor that is in Lakewood) Dr. O’Sullivan made my front tooth look perfect and ? saved me so much stress and grief. I have referred him to everyone I know.
