Great place to train! I dropped into a class unannounced to visit a friend that trains here, and Paul (the owner) was incredibly gracious and welcoming, and invited me to train. I highly recommend stopping in and giving them a try!
1 Up Jiu Jitsu provides an incredibly welcoming and diverse group of teammates, especially for people new to the sport. Paul and Jon do a terrific job explaining techniques and methods, both verbally and visually at a pace that benefits each individual's learning style. I have developed skills that will remain with me forever and made friends for life. 5 STAR RECOMMENDATION!
