I had one of the worst experiences I have ever had in a professional setting at this place. After following all of the instructions of the therapist for the entirety of the appointment, he asked me if I was from Strongsville because of "how far I have my nose up in the air." And he said this in front of a student shadowing him! If you're from Strongsville, at least now you know what this guy thinks of you. Obviously, I took this as a straight insult to my face, and I was so shocked I couldn't even say anything. Nevertheless, I was still planning on going back, just to a different therapist. This place is awesome. The physical therapists and office staff (Tuesday) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I've never had physical therapy outside of a Cleveland Clinic facility so I didn't know what to expect. If you need physical therapy for half the price I would highly recommend this place.

Recently I was working with Dr. Aube and other therapists at Rehab ProsAs the name implies Dr. Aube and his entire staff were professional, very friendly and helped my post-op recovery from being on crutches to be able to play active sports level! Thank you Dr!
