Love this place! The instructors really care about you. I have been going for years. Took a break due to surgery but they really are mindful of limitations and make sure to show alternate options
I can’t say enough about Prana Yoga and Dance Studio in Broadview Heights, Ohio. Prana has so many different choices in classes. No matter your level or what you’re looking for… They have it! TRX, Hot Yoga, weights with Yoga for toning, beginners, curvy yoga and plenty of workshops to take care of you as a whole. All the instructors care about you and get to know you. Try a class…. You won’t regret it!
