I highly recommend Nikki Harris @ Highbrow Hair & Permanent Cosmetics!! I just had my eyebrows tattooed by Nicky & I couldn’t be happier!!! She was very professional, knowledgable, gentle & just overall amazing through the entire process. If you are thinking about having your eyebrows tattooed, definitely go to Nicky, you will so glad you did!!!
I've been going to Nicky for years now for my hair and waxing. She's amazing and so professional. She recently did my eyebrow and eye liner tattooing and I couldn't be happier with them. She is extremely talented. I would highly recommend her services.
100% AMAZING!!!! My first appointment with Nicky was a consultation and haircut.. which I left extremely happy, relieved, and satisfied beyond belief! Loved the cut and got compliments from ppl on just that cut she did! She highlighted my hair today based on our consultation …and I literally cried a little (with joy of course) after I she washed it and I looked in the mirror!! I showed her pics of what my goal was for my hair color and she was very honest and thorough about achieving such goals .. 2 hrs later …. 2 HOURS LATER !!!! I was in awe when I looked at myself!
