Very satisfied. I only recently got hearing aids and I was so happy that I could hear clearly again. Imagine my concern when one morning I couldn’t hear well out of my left ear. So, I called the CHSC and scheduled an appointment. Kim was so nice! She looked at my ears and assured me that they were fine. Whew! Then she showed where the problem was and how to fix it in the future. I was so relieved and I am glad I chose CHSC for my hearing needs

I am very grateful for my new hearing aids! They are helping me to hear in ways I haven't been able to hear in a long time! I am able to perform better at my job as an administrative assistant because I can understand my colleagues and staff. I am more social because I can participate in conversations without saying "what?" or "repeat" or nodding my head because I didn't hear what was said.Whenever I needed help I was able to call and get answers regarding my hearing aids. The audiologist made sure my hearing aids were comfortable and she went out of her way to make sure that I was hearing comfortably and at a level that was helping me. They staff here are wonderful. They are so nice. My son had been going here since he was a toddler. He was getting speech services here weekly. He loved coming to speech .he still has a hearing aid, but hopefully not for long. He hates to wear it. But other than that, I love going here.
