My daughter needed a trim, her stylist was very friendly and did an awesome job. She was very happy with the haircut and how the stylist was attentive to what she wanted to have done.

Can I just say that all the women who work at this Great Clips are insanely friendly, act like a family and are so easy-going? I got an incredible wash, cut and style from Alex today. She's a GEM! I'll be going back to see her, no question.

I drive to Brecksville to go to this Great Clips. The one on Ridge Rd has NOT provided a good experience. Brecksville is cleaner and more consistent (as consistent as these types of quick cut places can be). At the Ridge Rd location, the staff are more concerned about smoking and smoke breaks than cutting hair or cleaning. Worth the drive.
