If you want your body to feel amazing look no further… this your place. Floatation therapy makes me feel so amazing, floating 60 minutes in a 900 lb of salty water is so relaxing and it takes lots of pressure off my lower back. You have to try it to believe it. I will try some other services they offer for healthy body and mind.Patrice you’re such beautiful person inside and out, looking forward for my next relaxing session..
Core Cryo is incredible! They offer a variety of health and wellness services to help you reach your goals and feel your best. The staff is beyond helpful and knowledgeable to help you find what you need. Highly recommend :) Personally, cryotherapy has worked for me in muscle recovery and reducing stress.
Core cryo was lovely and relaxing. I did the floating tank and full darkness. It was great, my knees back and neck all feel less compressed and I feel relaxed and enjoyed the quiet to let my mind wonder. I would highly recommend, staff was knowledgeable professional and explained everything!
