I've been to a lot of salons where staff was unfriendly and outwardly judgmental to me, based on how I look and dress. I was nervous to come to this place because of my experiences going to salons in the past. However, everyone has been INCREDIBLY kind to me every single time I've gone. I've gotten several services with Frankie who is amazing and completely transformed my face. I also got my nails done (for the first time ever!) by Joel, and he was amazing, and explained everything he was doing to my nails before he did it. This is the best place to come for a great pampering session. The girls that work here are amazing. You'll make great longlasting friendships in no time! They are incredibly professional, hygienic and amazing! Christina (the owner) is an incredible stylist and only picks the best. This is the best gem of Brecksville you won't be disappointed!!!
