As usual, the tech performed the A/C check up thoroughly and in a professional manner. I elected to not approve replacement of the contractor in the outdoor unit- a small part (est. $49-50) for a standard rate charge of $432. As long-term customers, I felt the cost to be excessive.
07/08/24. Aaron was very polite and great at explaining what was going on. He was very professional and took the utmost care in what he was doing to solve our furnace/AC issue. He got the job done !!!
We were without heat for a week and Tin Man Heating and Cooling came out on a Saturday to install a new boiler for us. Thank you Mark and Terry for your hard work and patience. Arron did a great job as well when he installed our new zone board!
