I came in as a walk in appointment and they got me serviced in about 30 minutes with two other customers in front of me, so I’d say they were very efficient. The girl who did my ears was great! Made me feel comfortable and ensured proper placement of the piercings. Shop was clean and well maintained and has a great atmosphere!“
