I had a great experience here at Hart!! I am a new user to CPAP. The tech walked me through everything on my machine and how to set it up, use it, and clean it... He also assisted me in picking out a mask that would work well for me.
Andre M. honestly went above & beyond in how kind, compassionate and informative he was when delivering our equipment, setting it up, and explaining how they function (oxygen machine, for example). Much of the hospice experience we've endured has been beyond awful, but he was a definite balm for that! A caring person overall! This man deserves several raises. Full stop. You don't come by people like him too often. We are grateful it was him who was sent! Thank you!Wanted to make mention as well of the woman who handled our call also!
