“First I have to say the vet David Soehnlen was 5 stars. He was kind, caring ,took his time and very professional . The vet tech was 5 stars also. Now the front desk another story. My appointment was at 11:40 ,i checked in at 11:43, i drove an hour to come here on recommendations. This was my 2nd time here. Girl at desk told me it would be 2-3 mins, 30 mins later i walked up to desk asked if they forgot about me after several others came after me and were seen right away. I was told they didnt know what happened, never gave me an answer.15 mins went by i went back up and said i have been waiting for 45 mins now. Lady with dark hair was very rude to me said i was next. No apologies . Vets were exceptional! But for the hour wait and forgetting about me you would think they could have at least done a complimentary nail trim . I didnt ask for it ,they did it then charged me. Not the best customer service. IF... i go back i will check in every 10 mins if im not seen . Lesson learned.“

“This veterinary clinic is the best one that I have been to. The last one was way more expensive than this place. Navarre Veterinary Clinic did more than the Companion Veterinary Clinic and was more than $100 less expensive, and they were a lot nicer to my dog as well.“

“Called to see if I could get an appointment for my cat who developed an abscess on her face. I was not a client/patient and my regular vet was not available, they were willing to see me later in the day instead of referring me to the emergency vet clinic in Canton, which would have cost me at least $2000. Since I work in emergency medicine, there is nothing more frustrating than being told to go to the the ER for something your regular provider can address! So, that speaks volumes to me that this clinic was willing to see my cat when I was not an established client! Very much appreciated. Thank you!“

“We had an in-home euthanasia scheduled Friday for our senior dog, and Dr. Morrow braved the worst snowstorm so far this season to keep the appointment. We appreciate your services and your bedside manner!“

Although we made the trip, several factors brought us back home. Sifferlin then contacted another veterinarian who agreed to the surgery.
