I do not remember the name of the technician but he was very friendly, on time, and worked quickly and efficiently.I am amazed at how clean our carpets are now. The previous owners of our home had cats and there were stains all over. He magically got all the stains out and even got an old orange juice stain out. I would recommend Mackie’s carpet cleaning to anyone. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work they do.Services: Carpet steam cleaning
