They came within 10 minutes of my call, took time to diagnose the problem & explain it to me, and then do the work needed. They stayed until the job was done, including sweeping up a great deal of water that had flooded our basement. In the midst of it all they maintained a sense of humor which helped me to have one.

Called this morning about plugged toilet here and fixed this afternoon. Also replaced another part I had intended to replace while he was here using the part I had already purchased. Very pleased.Service: Toilet repair
