Eric was here an hour early which was OK with me. He completed the work some time after 12:00. My only complaint is that he left the light on in 2 rooms, but that's not a big thing. Clean up around the house was great.
Your technician was professional and courteous. He explained everything in detail in very understandable manner. We really appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Awesome person!
