Would recommend mobility fit to anyone! I especially recommend Sidney Sponseller, she has tailored my program to my individual needs and goals so well. I am 3 weeks hip post op and pretty much completely pain free and so much of the credit goes to her and mobility fit!
I had both Drew and Jenna and they were wonderful! They helped me push myself through ACL surgery and I got cleared a little over 5 months!!!! Will definitely always recommend them to anyone.
I've got one last session at the Blue Ash facility, but I honestly don't want it to end! My DPT is Jenna, and she has been absolutely fantastic these past few weeks. I was hesitant going into PT because of prior experience which hadn't helped. They definitely do things differently at Mobility Fit (in a good way!). Jenna has taken a very individualized approach to not only help me strengthen my back (the main issue), but also everything else, all while educating me on the exercises gives me me and how/why they help.
