We see Kourtni and absolutely love her! Her personality is great and she always seems to get me and what I want and try to communicate. After I saw her a few times, I took my oldest son to her for his first cut somewhere other than great clips. Then she saw my twins. My kids are pre-teens and have always loved their cuts. She takes time to ask them questions and talk through what they want before starting. (My kids have very specific ideas about what they want each time so this is greatly appreciated). I've been seeing her for about two years now and have loved my hair each time. I originally went to her with an almost pixie style cut and we've been working to grow it out with regular trims. Two years later and it's below shoulder length, lightly highlighted, with low maintenance and I love it. She's busy and getting to see her quickly is not usually possible. I always have to schedule the next Appt when I'm there or I'm looking at a two month wait. She is understandably in high demand!

Kourtney is THE BEST! She is a very kind, attentive stylist who does a consistently amazing job. I feel so blessed to have found her after many bad salon experiences. I literally could not recommend her more!

I have curly red hair, and I've been to a bunch of salons in the Greater Cincinnati Area. Since finding Kate at Matt Bradley, she is the only one I trust to cut my hair. She remembers who I am. I can tell her to just cut my hair however, and it always is a great cut that feels like it fits my personality. I don't go to salons all the time, maybe only like two or three times a year. And the cut is always one where it looks awesome at every stage - at the beginning and with each growing out phase. Despite long absences, she always remembers what we talked about the last time we saw each other. So we're able to pick back up conversationally from the previous times. I don't even know how she does that, since I don't remember that far back until she tells me. Then I'm like, "Oh, yeah! That is what we were talking about!" She's really friendly, very kind, and I trust her with my hair. Prices are reasonable too, about the same as other similar salons in the city. I feel comfortable recommending Kate. The gentleman at the counter is also very nice. I don't know anything about the other hairdressers in the salon. I've only been to Kate. But if Kate were ever to leave, I would try to stay with Matt Bradley Salon if possible before going elsewhere. I just feel happy being there. It's a friendly, comfortable place with likeable people. Sometimes when I go into a salon, I feel out of place or not as showy or whatever. I feel very comfortable at this salon. Also, it should be noted that this place is easy to reach, being right on Kenwood with its own free parking. There are stores (Walgreens and I think my husband found a UPS over there), restaurants, and a bank (US Bank, I think, but I could be wrong) nearby. Plenty of places. So you can easily go there and then do shopping or pick up food after. It's also not too far from 275 and Ronald Reagan Highway. Easy to access.
