We've used Infintech for a few years. Their personal service is the one thing that sets them apart from all of the other credit card processors. We worked with our bank processor for years. They made errors, had glitches, and we could never get quick response answers.With Infintech we have few issues, but if we do, our representative, Aaron, responds quickly and is like a hound dog sniffing out the answers. We’ve worked with Infintech for many years and really find them helpful. Originally, they helped us uncover that we were being overcharged by our previous provider. And when we decided to switch, we had concerns about it, but they guided us through the process and made it seamless. They did not walk away from the job until it was done to our satisfaction. Infintech has helped our business in every way we have asked them to help.
