We recently engaged Holmes Renovations to replace our 30 year old deck. I am not going to devote much time in this review to address the quality of their work, other than to say it is outstanding. These folks clearly know what they are doing, and we are exceptionally pleased with our new deck. I think what distinguishes Holmes, however, is that from start-to-finish, every person we interacted with was professional, courteous, and genuinely had a customer-centric focus. About 10 years ago, we had Holmes Custom Renovations upgrade our home's exterior siding to Hardie plank. Their work was amazing and we have loved it ever since the install. Last month we noticed a few cracks on several boards and asked Holmes if the warranty would cover repairs. They worked with the manufacturer to get the work approved and fixed the issue good as new. 10 years later and they are still working hard to make sure we are happy with the original work...amazing customer service and craftsmanship. Highly recommended! Thank you!
