Ive dealt with Shoups since **** and have always had the best service from them. They return calls immediately and will try to work you into their schedule on the same day if possible. Many times they try to save you money if the problem is fairly simple, like lighting your pilot light, they can guide you on the phone. Theyre a good team and I wont call anyone else.
