Appointment scheduling has always been a breeze; we are able to call in and get an appointment within the day if necessary. The staff is PHENOMENAL. Each staff member is kind and genuine when it comes to caring for and making your pet feel as comfortable as possible. Taking any of our dogs in is always stressful because they are so young. I truly cannot comment on how great of a job the staff does with accommodating for any type of animal behavior. Her main concern was getting him out of pain so we decided to put him on some pain medication combined with some arthritis medication after all he is ten years old. She called a couple of days later to check on him. He is getting better hopefully with a knee brace he won't need surgery..“
