Front desk staff was warm and friendly; I was taken to the room where I received services in an appropriate time frame; the dental assistant who took my X-rays had a good bedside manner; the dental tech, who actually performed the cleaning had a great bedside manner - we spent more time together and was able to develop more of a relationship; I didn't really spend a lot of time with the dentist, he was ok, this relationship doctor-patient will no doubt grow over time.

Every time I visit I am treated SO well! I am timid about having my teeth worked on at all. To a person, from reception to hygienist to Dr. Hickman, each is concerned about my level of comfort and what options are best for my overall dental health. When working on my teeth Dr. Hickman is quick and efficient. I always leave that office wondering why I ever put off any dental work.
