He answered all questions thoroughly. The crew was also amazing. Diego checked with me frequently to explain things about the installation. Schottenstein roofing repaired my roof based on my insurance company specifications, And did a wonderful job at it. Workmanship was phenomenal, crew was excellent and efficient. They’re even going to go to bat for us with the insurance company because the colors didn’t match and the insurance company only would pay for part of the roof being replaced , so they will try to get the entire roof covered, based on Ohio law.
