“I met Kaitlyn through my doula when I was in my 2nd trimester of my twin pregnancy. I couldn't be more grateful for this! Kaitlyn helped me to alleviate my low-back pain and decrease my rib pain from my pregnancy as well as helped me learn modifications to continue to exercise safely through my entire pregnancy to prevent severe DR. I continued to see Kaitlyn postpartum and after my c-section she helped me to massage my scar and continue with breath work, pelvic floor techniques as well as guided me on how and when to return to exercise. I had very minimal ab separation post twin pregnancy and have NEVER had any issues with leaking, and my scar is flat (no shelf). I attribute all of this to Kaitlyn's guidance.
