Ken doesn't pass on the difficult jobs, he's in it for the long haul.We had to have all the vents replaced and a larger heat pump installed for our double wide. The crawl space (put in before we bought the house) was very minimal. Some places were like army crawling to get the vents replaced. Some of the vents had come apart so for years we had been heating/cooling under our house.Other companies wouldn't even bid on the job. Ken had done a few smaller jobs for us so we asked if he could do this job. He gave us a fair bid and we accepted. Each time that I have used Ken's HVAC service, he has come out within 3 hours or sooner and diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. I highly recommend his services. Plus he doesn't push and push you to get a new unit like Help does. If it can be fixed, he will fix it. Honesty and integrity are important in an HVAC company.
