“While I initially started seeing Evan at Breaking Through for shoulder pain, I can’t believe how much better I am feeling from head to toe! I have significant reduction in my shoulder pain, in less than six weeks. This is even after returning to what I love - playing tennis - after the first session! I am ecstatic with how much better my shoulder is feeling, but I’m just as happy with how much better my knees are as well!Using the One80 system, Evan does a full body assessment during each visit to figure out the root cause of pain and then “prescribes” exercises to address any weaknesses. I am also impressed with how much my mobility and strength have improved by incorporating these daily exercises. And, I’m consistent with them because I understand and see how important they are to nerve/muscle function and pain reduction. Additionally during each session, Evan modifies the exercises and shows me what to do if I happen to tweak something, which usually happens while working out or playing tennis. “I lift weights to stay healthy and as a hobby. When I do leg day, I do RDL’s, but one of the days I did it differently, and I actually ended up hurting my lower back - of where the pain would be at with this workout. It definitely felt like it was a nerve. I never had this happen before and I was in so much pain.When I called off work for the next day, I called around places for a chiropractor. I found good ratings at the North Olmsted location for Dr. Steven Papandreas. I called about my insurance to see if they accepted it and they said they did, but during my second visit I was told the kind I had they actually did not (which was my bad on my part, because even though they accept Medicaid I guess the kind I had they did not). Dr. Steven told me to not worry about it, (which I would never expect because I was just going to find somewhere else that accepted the kind of insurance I had) and that he cares more about getting my back better in shape to what it was before - so I had a few more sessions with him. He adjusts my back in the appointments and even though it’s quick and easy - it is still his time. He knows his stuff and not only that, but he is caring about his clients and wants them to get better regardless of the situation. He was very understanding and wanting to help my back to get what it was before I injured my back. I highly recommend going to this location in North Olmsted, OH. The staff at the front desk are kind and attentive as well!!Also, they are so flexible I never been somewhere where you can get in the same day or even have to change the time for your appointment. I love places like this because life happens and sometimes things pop up, but even though I never had to cancel it’s nice to know I can most likely do same day appointment.“
