Everyone I spoke with was friendly, efficient, knowlegable, and helpful. As soon as the technician finished the work he took me on a tour of the home and showed me all the areas that he filled to block out further mouse tenants, as well as left me with some extra rodenticide pacs to ensure all mice would be gone within 30 days. “These guys are great!! Called for a bee hive removal that was larger than the size of a basketball. It was the Japanese bees that are about 2 inches long. Spent a lot of time making sure the ENTIRE nest was gone, along with the eggs. Chuck and Aaron were better than the Terminex who I called 2 yrs ago. The guy told me he was t getting up on a ladder and risking his life.“

“Back in August I had placed a call to Medwick because I had a small mouse problem in my home. I spoke with the owner and we has set up a date for them to come out and take a look at my issue. They cam out and were very respectful and professional but yet personable. At the time that I am writing this review there has not been any visible signs of any of mice since. I would gladly, without any hesitation call Medwick should the need to arise.“

“I called because I had a yellow jacket nest right by my mailbox. There were so many I was afraid to get the mail. She came the next day and called the day after. It was a very active nest so she came to spray again. I’m happy to say the yellow jackets are no more. I’m very satisfied.“

“I forgot to leave a review for my service roughly a year-and-a-half ago. A mouse had gotten inside and when my attempts didn't work, I was able to get a same-day appointment. The gentleman who took the order placed three bait stations outside my house and two in my basement. That same night, the mouse was dealt with. They even followed up with me 30 days later and removed the outside traps.“

“I scheduled an exterminator but called Bed Bug BBQ anyway to see what they had to say. I was on a budget. Vicki was very helpful by telling me about a product they use, Aprehend which was suggested since I wasn't interested in heat treatment due to the price. She asked me to send her some photos and said Chris would call me and check them out. He did and agreed to do an inspection the same day. I was very surprised but he did not find evidence of bed bugs (I didn't have many pictures but what I found most looked like a larvae-a cream color. He turned my mattress over to check as well as checking the closet and other places and did not find evidence of bed bugs. He recommended that I don't get bed bug treatment. He also gave me a magnifying glass which is wonderful because I had started to question every speck I saw! The magnifying glass doesn't lie. Thanks, Chris, Vicki and Bed Bug BBQ!“
