We had Joyce back to do a second project since we were so pleased with the sunroom they did for us. This time we had our 20 year old bath shower combo replaced with a beautiful shower. From the salesman, Rick Guido to the installers, Jared Johnson and Tom we were so pleased with our experience. Jared and Tom really knew what they were doing. They answered our questions and provided thoughts on best practices for shelf and grab bar placement. Their work was exceptional.
From start to finish, we were very pleased with Joyce Factory Direct. The saleswoman was courteous and answered all our questions completely. The team lead, Kamel S. Hanna, arrived with his assistant, Anthony, on time. They covered the floors and were careful not to damage the walls when they removed our existing walk-in tub. The finished product, a new walk-in shower, was completed in a day and a half. They cleaned up everything. Kamel installed the shower and put the finishing touches on it, as though it were for his own home. The Joyce Windows Team did a great job installing windows in my home. Brian, the lead installer’s presentation is mature and responsible. He answered my questions and beyond that explained how to work around the former frames. Installers John and Dave were polite, friendly and worked quickly with no added disruptions to the rooms. All debris was gathered up. I am very pleased with the addition of the prairie
grilles within the picture window. It’s a totally fresh luck. Highly recommend Joyce builders.
