“When we purchased our old home, 18 months ago, we knew we would need significant work on the HVAC system. Not only did we need new mechanics, but the second floor had duct work that made it impossible to walk from one area to another without ducking down to walk under the existing ducts. Brian was able to design a system for us using the eaves of our home to reroute the ducts on the second floor and make the rooms usable and the heating and cooling efficient and effective. He also designed a 2 zone system that allows us to set the temperature separately since we don't use the 2nd floor often.

His team was respectful and worked hard while here. They were clean and quiet! Brian's communication was terrific and his quote was competitive with the other estimates we received. We have recommended him to other friends and neighbors!“

“It’s the Fourth of July and my 24-year-old furnace blower died that was blowing cold air from my 29-year-old AC unit. Mark had been doing work for my mother, so I gave him a call. Mark was out the next day. He got me up and running, but we both agreed I was time to replace both units. He was fantastic as we he went thru all the available options with me. Although he was my only call, his pricing was better when I talked to my friends that had very similar work completed recently. One Item that concerned me was that it was going to be hot and in the 90s for the next 7 days. He was able to work me into his busy schedule, and he started the new install that following Monday which was awesome!

I had Mark install the new AC into a different location. The old AC unit was in the way since I had put in back patio several years earlier. The new AC unit looks great and oh so quiet compared to the old unit. We can now talk in normal voice sitting at the patio table with the AC unit running 8 feet away from us. He also installed the new furnace, a new humidifier, and updated the drainage pipe than ran around the basement walls.

If there is one word describes Mark’s work. that word would be meticulous. All the wires were hidden compared to my old units. He also moved the gas line that was always partially in the way of the room walk in. Mark cleaned up and left no mess behind. Finally, Mark was also a pleasure to talk with and kept me updated during the entire process. Mark is definitely someone I would…..and I already have recommended to my friends and family. You could not ask for a better installer! I stand by that 100%“
