Dr. Filips and her entire staff are very knowledgeable and courteous. There is no post exam pressure to purchase new frames from their large inventory. Should a new prescription be needed, it is usually delivered sooner than promised.I highly recommend her services when you or a family member has a need for an eye exam. There is something to be said for that Berea ethos!

I felt safe for my appointment. Plenty of space for social distancing. Had my temp checked and all the glasses I tried on were left on table to be disinfected. As always a great experience.

Dr Caitlin and the staff there are always very welcoming. I have been going there for a few years now and have always been happy with the level of care I've received. My eyes are very sensitive to my contacts and they have always gone above and beyond to make sure that I'm in the best fit. This includes a couple different trials if needed. Glad I found them.
