ACE Wellness saved my sanity. My son is 16, biracial, and goes to a small Catholic HS. He's a brilliant kid but struggles with ADHD and executive function tasks (organization, short-term memory, etc.). This means a lot of time spent with teachers, school counselors, principals, etc. but we were getting nowhere. Plus finding the right meds has also been a struggle. He really doesn't want to take them because they alter his personality.I went to ACE and they assigned Me. Ellis to us. He's been a godsend by working directly with my son and visiting him at the school to assess. I was spending hours away from work daily to deal with things. Now Mr. Ellis has them all lined up. My son is doing better and our relationship is better too!BTW, when I visited the center, Cherelle showed me around and they really do take a holistic approach to health. Check them out! HIGHLY recommend.
First visit here and won’t be my last. Buzz cut and a hot shave for $45. Feel like a million bucks. Not many places do it the old school way…shave was done with hot shave cream, multiple hot towel treatments, and a straight razor. This place does. Highly recommended for guys that want to kick back and enjoy a little nostalgia in this fast paced society. Lee and Damon will take care of you. Kayla's skincare brand is awesome. I've tried so many different products that don't work, and I finally found the right suncreens and facial lotions that don't irritate my super sensitive skin. We're coming up on one year of home care for Mom (97). She has a touch of dementia and is largely immobile. The berea crew provides us with 5-7 days a week of daycare. The 2-3 caregivers that we use have been competent and reliable. The scheduling staff seems available 24/7 and is responsive to our needs that can vary from week to week. Overall, the operation is well run and deserves a recommendation as Tess and her group have relieved a great deal of pressure off of our family. - RC

If you live in the Cleveland area, this is definitely the place to go for carpet cleaning. I was getting scared looking online at carpet cleaning places. It was looking like getting my carpet cleaned would cost $700-$1,000. Then I called Todd and his price was way less. It was so reasonable we may start getting our carpet cleaned every year from here on out.
He was responsive, timely, quick, and did a thorough job. I'd definitely recommend.
Was in the market for a new stylist and am thrilled to have found Mien at Belle Amie. The salon is right off E Bridge Street next to McKelvey Park, a lovely location in beautiful and historic downtown Berea a short walk to Baldwin Wallace University. Initially I came in for a consultation but felt so comfortable with Mien's knowledge, experience and suggestions that she cut my hair that day. I was thrilled with the cut and made an appointment to have my hair colored two days later. Mien is an expert colorist and immediately knew what I needed. I have positives and negatives, so please read the entire thing. The reason for a 4-star rating is at the end of this review! Otherwise, it would not have been more than 2-stars! My dining room bay window was badly damaged by the hail storm back in May 2024. I contacted Joyce Factory Direct and they replaced the window months ago. The salesman, Mason, was polite and knowledgeable. I hired Joyce Factory Direct. Much of the work was covered by my homeowner's insurance. The crew was professional and the installers were pleasant to work with. I provided bottles of water. They ran into a problem in my sideyard (of which I was unaware). I live in a rural country area and there are a lot of wild animals out here. Deer, possums, raccoons and bears left fleas in the side yard. These poor guys were covered. I provided flea spray. They were very nice about the whole ordeal. I ordered a large bay window and a smaller window. The small window was perfectly installed and finished. The bay window looked amazing...on the EXTERIOR of the house. When the crew was ready to leave I asked when the interior trim would be finished. I was told that was my responsibility! WHAT? I paid over $5,000.00 for that bay window! Seriously? Well, it's been several months (this was done before the storm that damaged so much of Asheville, NC). I called several times and finally got them to send someone back out to finish the interior trim (because I threatened to report them to the BBB). The workman who did the job, VERNON PARKER, was TERRIFIC! He said it is company "policy" that the installers themselves determine if they will do the interior trim. He disagreed with said policy! Putting up wood or PVC trim would have been a nightmare. Instead, this guy planned and designed metal trim and molded it to my bay window. It looks FANTASTIC and blends perfectly with the existing window trim. I cannot even see any seams, it is flawless! So, in the end, they did a great job, but it took me months, and aggravation, to accomplish. BE FOREWARNED!

This is my preferred dentist. They are always friendly and comfortable. Dr. Buckley is very knowledgeable and courteous. The only issues I have ever had here were due to dental insurance discrepancies, and with how complicated insurance companies have become it is understandable.

Don was absolutely amazing to work with! He went out of his way to come up with multiple designs for our office and pantries. He showed us different options and explained them all to us. He was always on time, professional, and friendly. The day of install the crew was also great and hard working. They cleaned up after themselves and the finished products are amazing. I am so glad we went with Don for our office and pantry remodels. I would definitely recommend him.

Huge Heating and Cooling did our duct work and installed our furnace about 17 years ago. From day one they have done high quality work with dedication and kindness.They have maintained our furnace beautifully (we call them for maintenance every year before cool weather starts).The service people are proactive, noticing something minor before it's a problem. Huge repair people are always very polite and very good at the work they do. I'd say Huge is consistently the best service provider we have in our home.
Good barber shop. Not very big inside, they have 3 barber chairs. Tony is the best barber in the shop, Nate the owner is pretty good too. Always get a great bald fade and line up when I go. Worth it.

This was my first time visiting Dr. Kleem’s office and was very impressed. Staff is very nice and friendly. Office is so clean annd beautiful . Also, enjoyed my hygienist, Robin. She was very thorough, gentle and excellent. Dr. Kleem was on vacation, and Dr. Benten saw me instead. He was very nice, professional and had a wonderful personality . I had been going to my previous dentist for over 30 years and it’s hard to change to a new office, but I’m so glad I found Dr. Kleem’s office .
This was my first visit here and I was very impressed. I had a basic pedi. Very bright, lots of natural light and very clean. Very professional and the Person who treated me was very thorough and took his time.
Exactly two years ago, Casey and his colleagues hosted my dad's funeral. I was very impressed with his integrity and empathy. He did not try to take advantage of my vulnerable family in any way. In fact, he proactively explained how we could reduce the costs. By doing so, he guaranteed our business in the future. The funeral itself went off without a hitch at our end, which I'm sure meant he worked very hard on his end. Thank you for allowing us to focus on saying goodbye to my dad instead of worrying about anything else on that day.

Dr. Ciryak is wonderful. I am definitely getting relief from pain I have had for almost 3 months. He is also very knowledgeable and explains things in ways the patient understands. I highly recommend him for chiropractic care
