Our cat had a big problem with his claws growing and a funny angle and causing his foot to get poked by them. Staff took one look and knew what to do. Quickly fixing the issue and fixing him up all while calming our nerves. Highly recommended
They helped us put down our elderly rabbits with health problems. It was a very sad time. A couple things that they can do better is to have larger rooms for customers. I felt like we were really packed into a tiny little closet. Also, money and palliative care for a sick pet do not mix well. I tried several times to pre-pay at the counter so that I could simply go back and focus on our pets without worrying about money. But they wouldn’t do it. Instead, The insisted on coming into the room where we were grieving in order to settle financial matters. I find that tacky and insensitive. The Veterinarians and staff are wonderful here! We’ve never had a bad experience with Bellevue or Sandusky Animal Hospitals. Our furbabies are always treated kindly; they are family!
