I am extremely happy with the service I received from Scott Huffman due to the Indian Lake Tornado. I was referred to ServPro from my insurance adjuster due to water damage on my hardwood floors. Scott was here within 2 hours of calling. He took extra time with me to make sure I understood the testing he was doing and what the reading meant then talked to my adjuster.

As part of recovering from the tornado damage at Indian Lake, we found a hole in our mobile home roof. Our adjuster requested that ServPro send someone to help us. Within one hour of her putting the request in her system, Scott was at our place. He thoroughly secured our roof so that we won't have further damage. I cannot thank him enough for the quick turnaround, consideration and kindness. We have peace of mind now and that is priceless for us. Scott and Caleb came and took care of removal of a microbial growth in a home we were selling.Being as we were needing this done in a timely manner to continue on sale of home.
