“I called after close one day and lady answered the phone. I was expecting to get the answering machine because it was 15 minutes after close. The woman was so kind and took her time telling me my options. The next day I came in to place the order. Brian helped me complete my order and placed it into a fast track program so that I could have it in time to take to Pennsylvania for my mothers memorial. The monument came in in less time that they guarentee in the fast track program, and it is simply beautiful.
