“They ruined my light weight winter coat. and when I called Tom said bring it in we will fix it. The care label in the coat states" Dry Clean Only, Do Not Iron”. The coat has a polyester shell with a suede finish. They ironed my coat and now every seam allowance ,wrinkle in the lining and lining seam shows as a light mark on the outside of the coat. If they are not going to take the time to read the care label before cleaning my garments, I won't be back. In paid $15.00 to have my good coat turned into my yard work coat.“
