“I’ve been going to CORUS45 for 2 months now and wow is this workout crazy! I typically take Pilates, yoga, and weight train but nothing works out my body the way Corus does! After taking 2 classes, I knew I needed to sign up for their membership - it’s worth every penny! The space is fun, has good energy, and you’ll get a great workout in every time. The trainers hold specialized degrees and are knowledgeable about body mechanics. If there are any issues, such as injuries, the trainer is able to assist with recovery. The caliber of the staff is top notch. Every trainer is a dedicated professional. The trainer helps you with your fitness goals and customizes a workout to achieve the goal. The encouragement of the trainer is very motivating. FT records your progress and continually switches up the exercise routines in order to maximize fitness.
